Join Food Roots at the Hoffman Haus Bed and Breakfast in Fredericksburg, Texas for a guided tour of three Hill Country wineries in the beautiful Fredericksburg area. Together we will explore and experience the art and diversity of Texas Hill Country wine making. We will travel as a group to three carefully selected intimate small-production wineries where you can tour the winery and have a tasting. This all-inclusive tour includes a continental Hoffman Haus breakfast, transportation, wine tasting at each winery, gratuities and lunch with wine.
This tour begins at the Hoffman Haus Bed and Breakfast in Fredericksburg. This compound of lovingly restored late 19th century buildings is one of the finest bed and breakfast lodgings in the Texas Hill Country. Owner Leslie Washburn will welcome us.
